• Gather paperwork and apply for permits
• Scrape lot; Dig and pour footings; Lay stemwall block; Fill stemwall with dirt; Install pool shell
• Install underground plumbing & electrical work; Prepare slab; Pre-treat for termites; Pour slab
• Deliver and lay block walls; Form and pour tie beam; Strip tie beam forms
• Install roof truss system; Apply roof sheething and sub fascia; Install tar paper and flashing
• Frame interior walls; Install rough plumbing, air conditioning, electric, & low voltage work
• Install impact glass windows and doors; Hot mop roof and lay roof tile; Install insulation
• Install drywall and do stucco work; Begin storm protection installation (if applicable); Install interior doors and trim; Paint interior and exterior
• Install cabinets; Install tile work; Install septic system/sewer lines
• Form and lay drive and walkway; Install countertops; Install mirrors and closet shelving
• Trim air conditioning, plumbing, electric, & low voltage work
• Form and lay pool deck; Rough cleaning; Install sprinkler system, landscaping, and sod
• Install appliances; Install carpet; Do final touch-up work; Get pool final; Do final cleaning
• Schedule walk-thru with customer after certificate of occupancy is received
