Established in 1995, Villa Homes of Southwest Florida builds fine quality homes in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The owner and President, Chris Canzano, is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
	Christine Canzano, Chris's wife, joined the team in 1998 and brought her experience of sales and marketing to the company. Chris and Christine are in the office daily and work closely with the contractor, Jesse Gonzalez.
	Jesse has over 14 years experience in residential construction and is a licensed and certified building contractor in Florida. He is a true leader in the development of new homes and is never satisfied with second best. Jesse works tirelessly striving to achieve zero defects in all that we build. Jesse's philosophy has always been, "do it right the first time".
